These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GTEcom platform, including the web dashboard and browser extension (collectively, the “Service”), operated by GTEcom (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GTEcom provides e-commerce analytics tools, including a web-based dashboard and a Chrome browser extension. The Service displays publicly available marketplace data, computed performance metrics, and trend analysis to help sellers make informed decisions.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from third-party websites in violation of their terms
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Service

4. API Usage and Data

The Service accesses marketplace data through authorized API connections. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• The data displayed is sourced from publicly available marketplace information via authorized APIs
• Computed metrics (such as estimated sales, trend indicators, and conversion rates) are estimates and should not be relied upon as exact figures
• Data accuracy depends on the availability and reliability of third-party API sources
• We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on the data provided by the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by GTEcom and protected by intellectual property laws. Marketplace data displayed through the Service belongs to the respective marketplace platform and its sellers.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party marketplace APIs. Your use of those marketplaces is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The data provided will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTEcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTEcom operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
